Ordering & Shipping Information

How long will it take to receive my books?

      • We try our very best to process (this does not include shipping times), all orders up to 15 business days (not including Saturday), after the date of your order. This can fluctuate if an item you order is out of stock. If this occurs, your order is placed on hold until we can fulfill your order. Updates will be sent to keep you advised of status.
      • All paperbacks ordered through the store are personally signed by Michelle.

How are my books packaged?

      • Your books are packaged with the utmost care by our team of professionals. Depending upon the size of your order, your book will be in a sealed, waterproof padded envelope, or a waxed, water resistant, sealed box.

Can I track my order?

      • You can always log into your account on your order and tracking will be visible. When your order has had a shipping label created, an email copy is sent to you with tracking information provided.

         

Ebooks Purchases

    • How do I download my ebook?
      • Once your ebook purchase is complete, a download link is provided to the email address of your account.
    • What format are the ebooks in?
      • All ebooks are provided in the standard *.epub format which should be compatible with all ereader applications.
    • Can I read the ebook on my Kindle/iPad/other device?
      • Yes, your book, once downloaded onto your device, should be available to read in the application of your choosing.
    • What if I have trouble downloading my ebook?
      • There are several options you could try:
        • Check your internet connection. A poor connection can interrupt downloads.
        • Make sure your ereader or device supports the ebook format (*.epub).
        • Check for available updates to your ebook reading app.
        • Contact your ereader app’s customer support for assistance.

Do you ship internationally?

      • We ship to the majority if the world, however there are some limitations.
      • Customers shopping from within the European Union (please see the list of affected countries below) will no longer be able to order from our shop from December 4, 2024. This is due to the new General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) guidelines set out by the European Commission.
      • All our shipping prices pull in real time from USPS, we cannot set or amend these ourselves. International customers should also be aware they may receive import, tax or customs fees.
          • We do not pay these fees, customers are in charge of paying these in order to release their package.
          • Once your order leave us, the time to reach you will depend on the shipment process with USPS and unfortunately we can’t advise on how quick/slow this will be. Please also take into consideration that when your order leaves us, USPS are responsible for the package. We cannot control if your order gets held up or if it takes longer than the USPS stated time. We do not control shipping, nor are the times stated our times.
            • EU countries affected by the new GPSR Guidelines: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
